This practical, guided session will help you understand how to use HubSpot’s Customer Agent and Breeze to:
Streamline customer conversations and support requests.
Keep your brand voice consistent across every interaction.
Work more efficiently across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams.
Configure handoffs to human reps and automate routine follow-ups.
Use CRM data and actions to personalise and improve responses.
By the end, you’ll have a working understanding of how Customer Agent fits into your customer journey, and how you can tailor it for your own business goals.
Follow along step by step with the HubSpot team as we build and activate Customer Agent together. You’ll learn how to:
Set up your first AI agent and train it with relevant content
Test responses and handoff rules safely before deploying live
Connect the agent across channels like chat and email
Review performance insights and continuously improve your setup

Bring your laptop
Confirm you or a teammate has Customer Agent permissions
Bring one or two real customer scenarios you’d like to automate
Prepare a few content sources (Knowledge Base articles, help docs, or key web pages)
Identify a page on your website on which you can test the customer agent. This might be a page with very low traffic or a test landing page you create that isn’t linked to your main website.
