Kyle Smith is a Partner for The Bridge Group, a sales consulting organization who works with B2B technology companies to build, expand, and optimize their sales teams. Kyle works directly with SDR, AE and CSM teams to analyze strategy and build playbooks to facilitate the execution of that strategic vision. Throughout his 8+ years with the firm, Kyle has worked closely with frontline reps to train and coach on best practices while leveraging his academic background in life sciences to design split tests to analyze the effectiveness of different approaches. Prior to joining The Bridge Group, Kyle was an SDR and AE and brings that practical experience to all consulting engagements.
